Islanders Vs Washington Caps.... REFRESH FOR LIVE UPDATES! 1st Period: 18:55-Washington starts off strong, crashing the net. Scored by, semen (22nd)- Unassisted. 13:57- Islanders jump right back. Schremp puts one on the board.. Assisted by, Weight, and Hunter. NOTE** i feel like this game is going to be a long one.... 11:14- Roloson throwing his body into it, moving pretty well in the crease..looks to be he is now in the zone? 8:27- Islanders grab a 5 on 3 opportunity for a few seconds. After 2min minor on Matt green, Goalie interference, and also another minor on Washington for holding. 6:23- Islanders settling down, as Washing grabs some control over puck, after Isles PP. Roloson takes a puck to the helmet, appears fine. Play continues... 4:07- Bailey trying his hardest. Bailey fell on his knees, while controlling the puck, and still gets a shot off. Amazing... 2:40- Islanders grab a penalty= Bergenheim, 2min- Holding. 2:00- Hillen smoked by ovechkins shot. Right in the mouth, medical team assisted right away, he has been taken away to be evaluated. 1:05- Washington scored again, cheap goal. I must say i hate it when players push into the goalie, and stuff his pads to put the puck in back of the net. Make that 4-1 now. End of first. WASH,4 - NYI,1 2nd Period: 20:00- Rick DiPietro will take the net, for Isles. After Roloson letting up four goals in 1st. 17:00- Washington scores again, five hole. 5-1, Washington. For those not following me on twitter- Hillen was taken to Hospital, for further evaluation. 13:25- Islanders need to produce more shots, and gain more opportunities. 10:25- Islanders GOAL- Kyle Okposo taking a one timer. Great goal. 5-2, Islanders still struggling to bounce back... 7:40- Islanders trying hard to bounce back, with no offensive opportunities. Its more like knock hockey right now, puck is bouncing back, and fourth to either end. 6:17- Ricky stopping a high shot, as it bounces off him. 6:02- As i just jinxed that, Washington scores...making it 6-2.....  3:06- Islanders grab a PP, 2min tripping. 2:00- Gotta love the way DP handles the puck, great pass up ice. He seems to really put pressure on the offense to do something. I like that... End of the second. WASH 6 - NYI 2 3rd Period: 20:00- Capital switch goalies? Wow suprised since he only let up two... 17:46- Islanders in the neutral zone, looking for a chance to cut the Washington lead in half. Islanders are down by, four goals. Slight possibility of that happening, but hopes are high... 14:54- Lucky #13, Schremp is moving well with the puck. Taking allot of shots, seems to be playing his heart out. 10:34- Ovechkin tries to get away, with a break-away. As MacDonald takes a 2min minor, for holding. DiPietro with the poke check, nice save! 9:18- Ovechkin trying hard, to get his second chance. DiPietro, DENIED! Nice stop, again by DP. 8:19- Bergenheim getting a great one-timer opportunity. Would of been a beauty play. 5:08- Washington Captial's making it 7-2. Top left, let me say, Defense- Sucks tonight. I try to avoid those terms on here, but im sorry, they really did it tonight.
